The Jersey Girls Lacrosse Association (JGLA), formerly known as the New Jersey Junior Girls Lacrosse League (NJJGLL), was established as an organizing tool to assist Member Programs in the growth of girls’ lacrosse and to facilitate communication and competition between those programs.
A chapter of US Lacrosse, offers assistance to youth and high school boys and girls programs throughout the state, promotes the highest level of sportsmanship and healthy competition, and provides a leadership role in virtually every aspect of the game.
The NJJLL is the officially recognized youth lacrosse league affiliated with US Lacrosse, and its local chapter, the NJ Lacrosse Foundation. The league is governed by it’s own executive committee and operates by an adopted set of rules and regulations.
Positive Coaching Alliance is a national non-profit developing “Better Athletes, Better People” by working to provide all youth and high school athletes a positive, character-building youth sports experience.
Lacrosse Magazine is the flagship publication of US Lacrosse. LM has the distinction as the first feature magazine dedicated to the fastest game on two feet, and is the most widely-read lacrosse publication in the world.
US Lacrosse provides a leadership role in virtually every aspect of the game throughout the United States, and offers a number of programs and information services to its national membership and more than one million lacrosse enthusiasts throughout the country.
