Welcome to the 10th year of Renegades Lacrosse !
Renegades Lacrosse program is for Boys and Girls grades K-8th within the Morris Hills Regional High School sending districts. This includes Rockaway Township, Denville, Wharton and Rockaway Borough.
Clinic Program-
Our Clinic program is geared to teach the basic skills and concepts of the game of Lacrosse to boys and girls in K thru 2nd grade. Clinic generally starts mid May and runs 1 day a week for about 8 weeks. In 2011 we had over 60 Mini-Renegades boys and girls in our k-2nd grade clinic program.
Travel programs-
2011 we fielded 15 travel teams between the Lady Renegades and the Renegades boys program.
For the Lady Renegades program we had two teams at the 3rd/4th grade level, two teams at the 5th/6th grade level and 3 teams at the 7th/8th grade level. The Lady Renegades start practice later in March and practice 2 to 3 time a week with 1 to 2 games a week.
For the Renegades Boys program we fielded one team at the 3rd grade level, one team at the 4th grade level, one team at the 5th grade level, two teams 6th grade level, two teams at the 7th grade level and two teams at the 8th grade level. Renegades Boys program Equipment Requirements
The following equipment is required to participate in the Boys travel program, Black lacrosse Helmet, lacrosse Shoulder Pads, lacrosse Gloves, lacrosse Elbow Guard,mouthpiece(cannot be white or clear) lacrosse stick, athletic cup,green/gold reversable practice jersey(available for purchase from the program) younger player(3rd/4th grade) require BLACK shorts(available from Cheer Gear on our apparel tab.
